For my low-pressure oxygen therapy, one of the vibration sensors shows -5.1 um; it occasionally jumps to a normal value. Probe model: 330905-00-05-50-02-00 ； Vibration transmitter model: 990-04-50-02-00. The intermittent voltage of this transmitter is currently measured at: 7.55v ； Supply voltage 18.5v ； The resistance value of this probe is: 5.5 ohms ； It seems everything is normal! Currently, when connecting this probe to another vibration transmitter, it still shows -5.1um ； Connecting other probe sensors to this vibration transmitter shows normal operation. I suspect it’s a problem with the vibration probe, but its resistance value is normal, so there shouldn’t be any issue. Could other factors be causing interference? ? ? ? Please, experts, help me! ! !
