Dear teachers, I need some advice. In our facility, some pipes are purged using nitrogen; there is a DN100 nitrogen pipeline installed, and on this pipeline there are gate valves, pressure regulators, and safety valves. However, in our case, the gate valve and the pressure regulator are connected directly to each other via bolts, with no transition pipe between them. Is such a design reasonable?
