A conversation between a flute and a clothesline: both are made of bamboo, one turned into a flute and the other into a clothesline. The clothesline, unwilling to accept this, asked the flute, \"We are both bamboo from the same mountain. Why am I exposed to the sun and rain every day, worth nothing, while you are worth a fortune?\" The flute said, ‘Because you only suffered one cut, while I went through countless cuts, being meticulously carved.’ The clothesline remained silent at that moment; life is the same – it requires the ability to endure hardship, to tolerate loneliness, to take on responsibilities, and to fulfill one’s duties! Only then does life have value! When you see others succeed, don’t be jealous, because they have put in more effort than you!
How can one see a rainbow without going through storms?
I don’t know; it’s like asking what happiness is. Just because I know what is valuable, does that mean I am valuable? I'm still the same person.
