After desulfurization of liquid hydrocarbons in our workshop, the total sulfur level is 342 mg/m3, which is equivalent to 0.342 ppm. I would like to ask how this indicator is derived

No. PPM is equivalent to mg/L; our unit is mg/m3

Converted to ppmw, it is 154 mg/kg. mg/m3 is the unit for total sulfur in gaseous form after vaporization, while mg/kg is the unit for total sulfur in liquid form; the conversion factor is 0.45.
