What is the reason why Plant3D 2014 is slow when generating axonometric views?

I’m using WIN7, 64-bit! When using Plant3D 2014 to generate axonometric views, it takes a long time to produce one – approximately 2 minutes! I was using XP before, and I had Plant3D version 2012; it took less than 20 seconds to generate the axonometric diagram. Have you encountered this issue as well? How should this be solved?
I asked other colleagues, and it’s the same problem for them all! The cause was not found, but the 32-bit version from 2012 does not encounter this issue
