In particular, it is stated that \"within the range where the thermal radiation is 15 KW/㎡ or higher, there should be no pressure vessels, public facilities, or storage tanks with metal exteriors.\" If there are two storage tanks with a capacity of 20,000 cubic meters each, can they be placed together? (A large containment area could be created, with a dike in the middle.)

Regarding your last question, in my work I came across a design firm that placed two large storage tanks side by side, but made sure to maintain fire access routes. Cofferdams are also needed; the exact size of the storage tanks will have to be determined based on the specific circumstances. However, this is in accordance with our GB50183-2004 standard
