Issues with cleaning liquid sulfur seal drainage

RT, we have decided to clean the liquid sulfur seal in our plant, but there is no discharge port and the flanges are located in the middle of the equipment. What are some good ways to get the sulfur out?
It is estimated that the sulfur seal will need to be lifted up first before attempts can be made to clean it.
8 meters long, underground – it’s not easy to handle
