Hello, experts. I’ve run into a problem recently: the semi-finished product in my case is in powder form, and it needs to be granulated into pellets. A dust collector is being used for this purpose, but I’m wondering how the material collected by the dust collector can be returned to the kneader, with the goal of reducing dust levels in the workshop. (The kneader is on the third platform)

The process here is as follows: semi-finished product – kneader – materials fed into the feeder – twin-screw granulator – vibrating fluidized bed – discharge. The fluidized bed is equipped with a bag pulse dust collector; as for the material recovered by this dust collector, it needs to be fed into the kneader manually, since there is too much dust involved. )
I saw the post you posted! The outlet for bag dust removal in your case is usually located on the first level; in such cases, mechanical transfer methods (such as scrapers or powder transfer diaphragm pumps) or air-based transfer methods are used. The simplest option is probably a powder transfer pump!
A rotary discharge valve is installed at the bottom outlet of the fluidized bed; if the powder is explosive, a nitrogen-sealed pneumatic conveying system is used beneath the valve, while for non-explosive powders, a fan can be used for conveying.
It depends on the amount of powder you need to recycle. If the amount is large, it is recommended to use a tubular chain conveyor, equipped with a rotating discharge valve, to feed the powder directly into the feeding bin, and from there it can be sent to equipment such as extruders and granulators
