Is there anyone who is aware of the large-scale chemical production project carried out by Inner Mongolia Jianfeng Coal Chemical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Group? This project includes facilities for coal pyrolysis with an annual output of 3.8 million tons, liquefied natural gas production at 250,000 tons per year, coal tar hydrogenation producing 500,000 tons per year, coal-based syngas generation amounting to 1.6 billion cubic meters per year, acetic acid production at 200,000 tons per year, as well as 10 million tons of coal processing. It also includes auxiliary facilities for heat, electricity, water, and gas supply.
Inner Mongolia Mining (Group) Xing’an Energy and Chemical Co., Ltd. plans to build a demonstration project for integrated coal, chemical, power, and heating production in Xing’an League, Inner Mongolia. This project is located in the Buryat Industrial Park within the Baijina Industrial Circular Economy Park, in Horqin Right Wing Middle Banner, Xing’an League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The total land area covered by the project is 442.28 hectares, with a total investment of 30.25 billion yuan; the production capacity of the project will be 40×10^8 Nm3/year of coal-to-natural gas. The project uses coal as a raw material to produce natural gas and LNG, with by-products including crude phenol, light fuel oil (diesel), naphtha, coal tar pitch, sulfur, liquid ammonia, sulfuric acid, etc. This doesn’t seem to be included in the statistics.
Jianfeng and Xing’an seem to have been designed by Shanghai Shengbang Design Institute. The two devices are exactly the same. . I just changed the tag number. {:1_90:}. . Two years ago. . Are the details of these projects accurate? Weren’t many of them halted? I see that half of them are out of money; are there many that have started operations but also those that have stopped?
Have the second and third phases of the Qinghua coal-to-natural gas project in Xinjiang been completed?
