The feed pump for the three-effect evaporation system can no longer feed material

It involves three-effect evaporation with concurrent feeding; when vacuum is applied to the third effect, the feeding pump is unable to supply liquid – even though the pump is operating normally and there is no liquid available. The problem is resolved by turning off the vacuum pump. However, the steam temperature in this effect is over 60 degrees, which makes evaporation impossible; evaporation can only occur under negative pressure, but feeding is still not possible. What is the cause of this issue? I seek an explanation.
1. The vacuum level in the discharge tank is too high. 2. There is a leak in the discharge pump or in the pipeline between the discharge pump and the discharge tank. 3. The impeller of the discharge pump has worn out or is slipping, resulting in no output. 4. The viscosity of the material is too high, exceeding the range that the centrifugal pump can handle. 5.
