Access to the Hart handheld controller is restricted

The two faulty Rosemount pressure transmitters were repaired by the manufacturer; after being installed yesterday, their ranges were adjusted using Hart software. One of them was adjusted successfully, while for the other, access to display settings was restricted after connection. I seek guidance from all the experts out there.
What model is it, and is it write-protected? Could you send the text from the image in the hint?
It seems there’s a write protection jumper on it; please check the transmitter’s manual in detail
There should be jumpers; I encountered this once before, where it was necessary to adjust the jumpers inside the meter.
First look at the jumper, then the dd version. It’s possible that the transmitter has been upgraded while your controller version is outdated.
Are you using the genuine 375 or 475? Some domestically produced devices may encounter such problems
