All accessories and instruments such as the safety valves, pressure gauges, and level gauges of the spherical tank are in good condition and functioning properly; 2. The valve below the safety valve should be fully open, while all other valves should be fully closed ; 3. The spherical tank replacement is successful, with an oxygen content of less than 6% ; 4. Open the balance line valve (if available); the pressure inside the balance tank should be similar to that of the other liquefied gas tanks ; 5. Slowly open the valve of the oil collection line; once normal oil inflow is confirmed, slowly close the valve of the original oil storage tank ; 6. Check for leaks at all sealing points of the spherical tank, and verify that the liquid level is normal. OK!

In our factory, liquefied gas is divided into mixed LPG (including fractionated LPG, catalytic LPG, and coking LPG) and hydrogenated LPG; generally, hydrogenated LPG is used as the product shipped from the factory
