Choose a gasket with a size corresponding to the pipe diameter; for example, use a 40-size gasket for a DN40 pipe, but the pressure rating must be the same.
As long as the nominal pressure and nominal diameter of the gasket match those of the flange, it will work.
Go and check the standards for flanges and gaskets, and compare them.
It doesn’t really matter that much; it’s related to the specifications of the flange and the pressure
There’s nothing special about it; the inner hole of the gasket just needs to be the same as that of the flange.
