Our coolers keep getting scaled, resulting in poor heat exchange efficiency.
I’ve been using it for almost seven years~~ There have been basically no problems~~ Only the display panel had an issue, but everything was fine after replacing it~~
The panel has been replaced; it was experiencing minor issues with oil and Freon leakage. The unit is from Trane, so it rarely breaks down
These days it’s mostly integrated, with few hardware failures; in most cases it’s minor issues with the detection, sensing, and display components
When used in compliance and maintained properly, there are basically no major problems~~

For the Carrier ice machine, the condenser of unit 5# was detected to have a leak in its heat exchange tubes; after investigation, it was dried using nitrogen, and two pipelines were sealed with copper plugs, after which it resumed normal operation. Unit 3# had an oil pump failure; 3 oil pumps were replaced by the after-sales service, and it is now working properly. After the first maintenance, Unit 1# operates less frequently and its cooling performance is poor; further investigation is needed. Overall, screw compressors are more energy-efficient than the domestic piston and screw compressors used before. It turns out that every year a large number of empty R22 cylinders need to be refilled, and even several barrels of refrigerant oil aren’t enough.
If the load is too light, poor lubrication can cause the screw to seize.
