A variable-frequency double-suction centrifugal pump, used for pumping water. When in operation, the pump generates relatively loud noises, similar to those associated with cavitation. Its vibration is greater than that of several other similar non-inverter pumps (around 1.1 mm/s), and the temperature of its bearings is also higher than that of those other pumps (by about 10 degrees under the same outlet pressure). Please provide an analysis.

Check the frequency and measure the actual rotational speed. Excluding components such as impellers that can cause cavitation, it is likely due to a low rotational speed.
What is the frequency? To what extent does the speed drop, and what is the flow rate like? When running at over 30HZ, the issue you mentioned should not occur
It is operating at full frequency, with the outlet valve also fully open.
The preliminary analysis indicates that the inlet flow is insufficient, and the pump is operating at full frequency.
It operates at a frequency of 50HZ; the rotational speed has not been measured, but it is 740 revolutions at the rated speed
The following should be considered: 1. Has the inlet pressure decreased?; 2. Whether the filter screen is clogged.
