The Yokogawa CS3000 operator station cannot silence the alarm sounds from other operator stations

Our company uses the Yokogawa CS3000 system. At the operator’s request, I previously set the alarm silencing IDs for HIS0164~0161 to be the same, so that pressing the silencing button on any computer would enable the suppression of alarm sounds from all 4 computers. This worked fine up until recently; for some reason, the HIS0164 station can now only suppress the alarms from that specific station, and it can no longer silence the alarms from the other stations. The other 3 stations are functioning normally. I’ve tried using both administrator and CENTUM accounts, but with no success. If any expert has an idea on how to resolve this, please let me know. Thank you

What if you press the mute keys 61-63? Is it the same fault symptom?

Stations 61 to 63 are normal and can cancel out each other’s alarm sounds; only station 64 stands alone as an exception

Hasn’t everyone encountered similar problems?
