As the supplier, should you charge him based on 6479 or 8163? ! Alternatively, the customer wants 16MnR steel plates. The customer says that as long as the material meets the requirements for container plates, it’s not necessary to carry out heat treatment in accordance with those requirements for delivery; how should you supply the goods in such a case? ? Delivering goods to lower standards doesn’t necessarily mean they are defective, but who will bear the risks and responsibilities? ! In my opinion, if meeting NACE MR-0175 is not set as a delivery condition, then it is not necessary to conduct experiments. Otherwise, it’s better to be careful.
