The vehicle lifting and the grab are not synchronized

The existing crane has a grab, and its lifting motor and opening/closing motor are of the same size, both starting with series resistance. Three sets of resistors are connected in series in sequence when starting is controlled by a time relay. They are all three sets of resistive elements, all the same size. Now the lifting motor and the opening/closing motor are not synchronized. Is it possible that the issue arises from the time delays set by the time relays for activating the series resistors being inconsistent when starting with two motors? On the diagram, the times at which the start resistors are activated for opening/closing and lifting are the same. But in fact, it is inconsistent. Is asynchrony related to time relays? Seeking help from experts!
