Kidney stones are a common kidney disease; when some people discover small stones in their kidneys, they often opt to drink more water or jump rope to help expel the stones. This is certainly good, but to take precautions, we might as well consume regularly the following foods: First, lemons. Lemons are rich in citric acid, which helps with digestion and promotes blood cell production. The vitamin P they contain, along with calcium, phosphorus, iron, vitamins B1, B2, C, niacin, and citric acid, can inhibit the formation of calcium crystals and prevent the development of kidney stones. II. Walnuts: Walnuts are not only a food good for improving brain function; they also help prevent kidney stones. Because walnut meat contains propionic acid, which prevents mucin from binding to calcium ions, thereby preventing the formation of stones. III. Black fungus: Black fungus is rich in various minerals and trace elements, which can induce strong chemical reactions with different types of stones, causing them to break down, disintegrate, and dissolve so as to be excreted from the body. IV. Dairy products: Consuming more dairy products can help prevent kidney stones. Most kidney stones (about 90%) are composed of calcium and oxalate. Since dairy products are rich in calcium, doctors used to advise all patients with kidney stones to consume less of such foods. However, recent studies have shown that consuming dairy products can actually reduce the risk of kidney stones, as the calcium in them helps the body eliminate other substances that are prone to forming stones. However, it is not possible to use calcium-supplementing drugs to remove stones; if you have kidney stones, consult a doctor to find out how much calcium is safe to include in your diet. V. Chinese yam: Chinese yam contains substances such as amylase and polyphenol oxidase, as well as saponins and mucilage. It has the effect of strengthening the body and nourishing the kidneys; regular consumption can help reduce the strain on the kidneys.
Walnuts and black fungus are consumed in large quantities: lol
I didn’t say that; I can see it’s a repost!
Transferred from 39 Health Network. It wasn’t me who said it. I don’t understand!
But health comes from what you eat – that’s something everyone has to admit!
I don’t know whether it’s pseudo-science or not; what I do know is that food can lead to health as well as illness!
There are also things that shouldn’t be consumed in excess, such as walnuts, which contain a high amount of oil.
That’s right; there needs to be a limit to everything.
