All parts in contact with juice are made of high-quality stainless steel and medium-hard food-grade rubber

There is no dehydration pack at the bottom of the degassing tank, while a gas collection pack is located at the top to prevent the presence of liquid
The acidic water degassing tank is equipped with screens, partitions, etc
I’m actively involved, but I don’t know the answer
The acidic water is fed at the center of the tank; a distribution plate and baffles are installed there to ensure that the acidic water is distributed evenly across the herringbone-shaped baffles inside the tank. Through the collision between the acidic water and these baffles, uniform droplets are formed, which helps to effectively remove the light hydrocarbons and contaminated oil contained in the acidic water.
