Given the dimensions of the heat exchanger, how can the exit temperature be determined when the inlet temperature on the tube side changes?

As the title suggests, the dimensions of the heat exchanger are known; hot water flows in the tube side, while cold water flows on the shell side. The inlet temperature and flow rate of the tube side are known, as well as those of the shell side. How can the outlet temperature of the tube side be determined?
I’m working on the design; there are no heat exchangers, so it’s not possible to measure
