I need a design basis data sheet for a diesel hydrogenation unit

My graduation project involves the reaction effluent/reactor feed heat exchanger in a diesel hydrogenation unit. My supervisor only provided the drawings, but no project outline, and none of the basic data is available, such as the physical property parameters of the feed oil and refined diesel. I would be extremely grateful if someone could provide some reference material! It would be better if there were data related to Wepec Company’s 2 million tons per year diesel hydrogenation plant (I assume it’s this company’s plant...)
What is the typical flow rate of the heat exchange tubes in the heat exchangers of diesel hydrogenation units? Experts, please advise
