The fixed tube sheet is too thin; how can the tie rod be connected to the tube sheet?

The tube sheet is 36 thick, with 12-mm tie rods; it is connected by threads. The remaining thickness of the tube sheet is too thin. Could any experienced colleague advise on how to deal with this? Or which connection should be used?
There are two methods, usually two: one is threaded connection, and the other is welding. Personally, I think there could also be a method involving welding extended nuts to the tube sheet. QQ2461870026
36 is still quite thin; usually, smaller ones don’t have such a thickness. After using threaded connections, weld around it with TIG welding to ensure everything is secure
