I want to install two 15-cubic-meter hydrogen peroxide storage tanks in two 72-square-meter vacant workshops within a Class B factory building. Can it be done?
Check whether the area occupied by the hydrogen peroxide storage tank in the entire workshop is less than 5% Also, check whether the maximum storage amount of hydrogen peroxide in the workshop has been exceeded Take a look at the building codes
Apart from having an area of less than 5%, the storage areas for hydrogen peroxide tanks must be separated from the rest of the Class B workshop by firewalls without doors or windows, ensuring no connection between them.

Hydrogen peroxide storage tanks certainly do not fall under Category A (this statement might be incorrect); it is oxygen tanks that are classified as Category B. 70% hydrogen peroxide can explode in a container when ignited or exposed to a heat source.

If you have hydrogen peroxide storage tanks in your tank farm, or if the hydrogen peroxide is supplied by upstream facilities and is only temporarily stored in the workshop, such tanks are referred to as metering tanks and are allowed. If there is no hydrogen peroxide storage tank, it is not feasible in my opinion to directly unload the hydrogen peroxide that arrives onto the storage tanks inside the workshop, as it is not standard practice for the tank area and the workshop to be built together.
The fire hazard classification of hydrogen peroxide is Class A. The hazard is Category 5.1 oxidizer.
The hydrogen peroxide storage tank to be installed accounts for 3.75% of the total floor area of the facility, with 240-red-brick walls on three sides. The front side is of the open type. An empty room is a relatively independent space separated from the other areas.
Thank you all for participating in the discussion! Hydrogen peroxide is directly unloaded into storage tanks in the workshop for storage. It feels difficult!
