It is recommended to use heated gas to purge the pipelines and pumps in order to prevent the presence of impurities and moisture. After thorough purging, the inlet of the oxygen pump can be slightly opened, and reflux can be enabled for pre-cooling – follow your established pre-cooling procedure. When shutting down a pump, start the backup pump; it is best to first enable full reflux, then gradually open the outlet, close the inlet of the pump that is still in operation, and activate the reflux of that pump. By coordinating the outlets and refluxes of both pumps, stability of the operating conditions can be ensured~~
