The newly installed unit is equipped with a steam generator that generates steam by exchanging heat between high-temperature oil and deoxygenated water; this steam is then fed into the low-pressure steam network. However, the design firm did not provide any operating instructions； Please help solve this issue, such as when to introduce deoxygenated water into the steam generator and how to preheat its steam pipelines
First, deoxygenated water is introduced to establish a liquid level; the steam vent valve is slightly opened. After hot oil is added, all the steam is initially vented. As the amount of steam generated increases and the steam pressure rises, the steam venting is eventually stopped and the system is connected to the main network.
