Method: Wash the pig stomach, cut it into strips or slices, blanch it, then place it in a ceramic pot along with 1000 ML of water to make a soup. Eat it together with the residue and the soup. Day 4 (Kidney Bean Soup) Ingredients: 10 grams of Eucommia ulmoides, 250–400 grams of kidney beans, 10 grams of vinegar, 10 grams of ginger, sugar, and 2 grams of Sichuan pepper. Method: Wash the kidney meat, add ingredients such as Eucommia ulmoides to it along with 1000 ML of water, and bring it to a boil to make a soup.
