Materials allowed for the Chemical Engineering professional exam

As the title suggests, I would like to ask whether it is allowed to bring the textbooks provided by the association and the notes I’ve written for the Chemical Engineering exam The latter is entirely handwritten, containing mainly formulas and such. Thank you!
As I recall, the exam rules state that only officially published materials are allowed to be brought in. However, some examiners in the testing rooms don’t care either.
