After the urea produced by the CO2 stripping method has undergone heating passivation with steam and air, and once this heat-retaining passivation is complete, it is necessary to increase the pressure using CO2. So, what should be done with the discharge valves that were originally in an open state throughout the high-pressure system before increasing the pressure? Should it remain open, or be closed? Especially the high-pressure scrubber discharge valve?

Just turn off the discharge before feeding the material. Also, make sure to close the rinse water valve tightly to avoid accidents.
