I once saw a post asking why some people sit alone in their car after driving home and stare into space Many people answered; some said it was because it was very quiet in the car, giving a sense of peace similar to that felt as a child watching ants move around under a tree. Some people say it’s because they haven’t finished listening to the song in the car. A friend said that he not only likes to park his car by his home for a while, but sometimes he even drives past his home, makes a U-turn, and heads onto the highway. There were countless nights when, alone with the music playing, he drove in circles on the highway. His record was to sit in the car with the heater on and the lights off, quietly watching people use the ATM machines at the bank downstairs, coming and going, for an hour.
