Which PIDs require dual signatures

May I ask everyone, in what situations is it necessary to include not only the logo of one’s own organization on a PID, but also those of other organizations as well? For example, in cases of attachments containing manufacturer information or engineering designs that make use of patented technologies?
It doesn’t seem like there’s anything that needs to be signed by other units. A dual signature is required for those who have not completed their training, such as people who have graduated from university; they need a dual signature in the first year.
