Negative pressure safety valve and breather valve

I’m seeking advice from experts: are negative pressure safety valves and breathing valves the same thing? What are the differences between them? Do germination safety valves need to be calibrated annually?
A negative pressure safety valve is not as good as a burst disc; safety valves require annual inspection.
It’s different; safety valves need to be inspected regularly, at least once a year.
A negative pressure safety valve allows air to enter when pressure is low, with air only entering and not exiting; a breathing valve permits both entry and exit of air, while safety valves require annual inspection
Should a negative pressure safety valve be a suction valve? A burst disc probably cannot be used as a substitute.
There are many blast discs in actual use on site; as for the negative pressure safety valves mentioned by the poster, our factory has hardly ever seen them being used. A breathing valve can allow both exhaling and inhaling; it is bidirectional ； Negative pressure safety valves or rupture disks are one-way and can only draw in air.

Ordinary breathing valves have positive-pressure and negative-pressure opening modes, both of which are close to normal pressure, and they are used for tanks stored at normal pressure. For higher pressures and lower negative pressures, a safety valve is still necessary, right?
