The fully automatic water softening system consists of a fully automatic water softening controller in combination with a fully automatic ion exchanger. It offers excellent performance, enables the equipment to operate automatically without the need for manual supervision, saves a great deal of labor, and has a better cost-performance ratio compared to similar products available in China; as a result, it is widely used. Installation procedure for fully automatic water softening system: 1. Use UPVC adhesive to connect the central pipe to the lower water distributor base. 2. Insert the glued central tube at the center of the bottom of the resin tank. After the water distributor is installed, ensure that the central tube is vertical relative to the center of the exchange tank, and cut off the excess UPVC pipe above the tank opening. 3. The connection between the central tube and the valve body should be at a 45-degree angle. 4. Tighten the connection between the controller and the resin tank, then adjust the direction to remove the fully automatic softening controller. Pour the specified amount of soft water resin into the resin tank along the gap in the central tube and level it out, making sure to keep the central tube at the center of the resin tank at all times. Clean the upper part of the central tube and the end face of the resin tank, and apply silicone oil to the central tube and the sealing ring of the controller. 5. Install the upper water distributor in the controller and tighten it clockwise. 6. Align the socket of the fully automatic softening regulator with the center tube, and turn the control valve clockwise until the control valve body is tightened against the tank interface. It should be noted that during this process, it is necessary to ensure that the central tube is inserted into the valve body. 7. Insert a small copper fitting into the salt suction tube, and then insert the filter screen into that small copper fitting. 8. Connect the side with the filter screen to the salt intake port of the control valve, making sure no air leaks in. Place the salt valve in the salt well of the salt tank, and then connect the plastic elbow, making sure that no air leaks through. After the water softening equipment is installed, it is important to ensure that the elbows on the valve bodies are connected to drainage pipes with the same diameter. Attention should also be paid to the distance between the drainage pipes and the surface of the drainage ditch, in order to prevent siphoning from occurring.
