What should the operator do if the safety valve activates?
Reduce the pressure, either let the alarm trigger or increase the alarm pressure, depending on the situation
Once the pressure returns to normal, switch to the backup safety valve; after it activates, remove the safety valve and take it for inspection~~~~
Rapidly reduce the pressure to cause the safety valve to return to its original position; in the case of toxic and harmful gases, the recovery system should be activated immediately.
Is the pressure being relieved to normal levels through the safety valve bypass line?
It is generally not allowed; the pressure returns to normal right after takeoff. The pressure does not remain abnormally high for long – if it does, then it’s an accident~~~~
First, lower the pressure to see if it can return to its original position. . . If it does not return to its original position even under the return pressure, the dual safety valves switch to the other circuit; if there is a root valve, it can be closed as long as overpressure is avoided. The traditional method is to tap the safety valve core, as spring-loaded safety valves tend to get stuck.

The safety valve opens only when the system pressure exceeds its discharge pressure; identifying the cause of the system overpressure is of primary importance.
Once the safety valve opens, the root valve cannot be closed. Because the setting pressure of a regular safety valve is usually the design pressure of the container. It’s okay when the pressure in the container drops to the reset pressure of the safety valve. If it is not possible to return to the seat in time, consider a safety valve failure and switch to the backup safety valve.
