It’s not included in the legend for chemical and petrochemical process diagrams; I’m not sure if it’s available for fine chemicals.
For drawing, refer to \"JB/T 7672-2010 Diagram Symbols and Text Codes for Process Diagrams of Air Separation Equipment\"; other aspects are the same as those used in chemical process PID diagrams~~
Cold boxes are generally not shown in PID and PFD diagrams

I’m sorry for the mistake; I didn’t see any illustrations regarding the construction of cold boxes
The inside of the cold box is a multi-channel structure; I’m not sure what processing method you use. For a PFD, you just draw a square, include several plate fins and flow channels connected in series, and indicate the name of the fluid. That’s it. A PID is just a few more components. It’s not possible to upload actual images; otherwise it would be possible to see them visually.
