Asymmetric saddle point calculation

The new SW6 calculation module includes the capability to calculate asymmetric saddles. There is an option regarding whether to take into account the hydrostatic test condition, and it is up to the designer to decide whether to select this option. What is the purpose of calculating this condition? If it’s not checked, will the weight of water filling it not be taken into account during the calculation?
We have taken this into account in our calculations; the hydrostatic test is also a condition considered in the stress analysis of the saddle.
