Is it necessary to conduct a foundation settlement test before putting an 80-liter LPG horizontal tank into use?

Don’t you need to perform a pressure test for pressure vessels after they are put into use? Just do it while you’re at it. With such a small tank and it being horizontal, there should be no problems.
