Seeking candidates for R&D management or project development roles: 1. Experience in R&D management. 2. Experience in the development of water-soluble polymers. 3. Experience in the synthesis of surfactants. 4. Knowledge of water-based products used in fields such as oil fields, water treatment, textiles, and papermaking. 5. Experience in engineering applications. 6. Understanding of instrumental analysis and chemical analysis, with familiarity with common spectrograms. 7. Familiarity with the use of chemical processing equipment. 8. Experience in equipment commissioning (including distillation towers)
