If we order its manufacture from a equipment manufacturer, can we still entrust them with the production if they do not possess the qualifications necessary for manufacturing pressure vessels? 2 There is definitely no manufacturing license number on the nameplate either; can this item (non-standard) be removed from the nameplate?
