Expert, the heating curve of the heater is normal; the temperature suddenly rises after cooling for half an hour. It’s been running on cold mode for half an hour already – could the heater still get damaged?
Is it the sudden rise in temperature inside the electric furnace, or is it the presence of contaminated nitrogen gas that causes the temperature to increase? It’s possible that the furnace continued to operate during the cooling phase, and no contaminated nitrogen gas was present inside the furnace, resulting in dry burning; the temperature measured is actually the temperature of the contaminated nitrogen gas. Without any gas flow, the temperature will not change.
Is it because the valve wasn’t in the correct position during cold blowing, or was the power not turned off?
It’s okay if it happens once in a while, as long as it’s detected and the temperature is reduced promptly; however, it’s possible that a few tubes in a particular area may be damaged. We have encountered this situation as well.
The original poster should make it clear which temperature has increased Is it the temperature inside the furnace chamber, the temperature at the exit of the heating furnace, or the cold blow temperature?
Look into electrical and automatic control issues – why did dry burning occur?~~

It is the temperature of the heater after it enters the tank, as well as the inlet temperature of the cold air entering the tank
When heating, we blow from the bottom up, and when cooling, we blow from the top down. The temperature measurement point is always at the top of the tank; therefore, our temperature does not first rise and then fall
