What does 7312BTD+KL10AC3 mean?
I only know it’s type 7000, an angular contact ball bearing. You said the equipment was purchased from Japan, so it’s probably from NSK; you can look up online what that means. In China, the corresponding brands are Luoyang Bearing and Harbin Bearing~
Take a look at whose bearings they are; once you’ve confirmed that, check the codes. The codes used by different bearing manufacturers often have different meanings.
KL10AC3 is probably the model number of some accompanying component, such as a retaining sleeve or something similar
