Dear experts, have you all received the notification letters confirming successful completion of the basic exam for registered chemical engineers in Henan Province for the year 2014? Didn’t see any notifications either? But it seems that other provinces and cities have already received them!

What do you mean? Isn’t it supposed to be picked up with the documents in hand? It seems from this notice that it hasn’t been processed yet, and one needs to go there with photos to complete the process? Has anyone obtained the basic qualification certificate for chemical engineering?
