In the diagram, PS-4 and PS-5 are presumed to be supports within the pipes; however, this is not explicitly stated in either the instructions or the legend, nor is it indicated which standards should be followed for designing these supports. The details regarding the pipes are as follows: May I ask what type of supports PS-5 and PS-4 represent in the diagram? And according to which standard was the first diagram created? For example: PS – general/special support; ordinary support; VSH – variablespring support; variable spring support; CSH – constant spring support; constant force spring support; HSN – hydraulic snubber support; hydraulic damping support; MSN – mechanical snubber support; mechanical damping support; STR – strut support; support frame; SWB – sway brace support; vibration damping support; TPS – temporary special support; temporary support. I’ve read quite a few specifications for pipe racks, but I have to say that I still don’t understand them; especially those diagrams, which don’t resemble actual representations at all
