I would like to know if there is any automatic detection of ammonia concentration in the liquid ammonia storage area, and whether a spraying system is in place to activate when such concentrations are detected. If so, could you please tell me which manufacturer produced it? Thank you!
This isn’t complicated; one can design it by oneself; it’s just a matter of level. Place some detectors, go into the PLC cabinet, and start the water pump or open the tap water valve. That’s it
All of this automatic control can be achieved. 1. First, install ammonia gas detectors in the tank area. 2. The detected signal is used as a switch variable and introduced into the control system. 3. The control system automatically opens or closes the pneumatic or electric valves for the water spray based on this switch signal, thereby enabling sequential control.
