At present, our company’s conversion rate just won’t go up; the highest it has reached is 98.5%. The average concentration of gas is 8%, and the gas flow rate is 85,000 Nm3/h. The catalysts currently in use are as follows: Layer 1 – S107: 10 tons, S101: 20 tons; Layer 2 – S101: 35 tons; Layer 3 – S101: 30 tons; Layer 4 – S107: 35 tons. It depends on factors such as your capacity, air velocity, and furnace temperature; the loading amount is just one of those conditions
Are you using sulfonic acid or mineral acid? What is your daily production volume? What are the current inlet and outlet temperatures at each stage?

Acid production from copper smelting flue gas: the inlet temperature on the first floor is 415–420°C, on the second floor it is 455–460°C; the inlet temperature on the third floor varies greatly but does not exceed 460°C, while on the fourth floor it is 420°C. The hierarchical conversion rates are 60-70% for the first layer, 40-50% for the second layer, 10-15% for the third layer, and 60-80% for the fourth layer.
