Could an expert give some advice on salary matters?

I graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, majoring in Process Control, two years ago, and have been working in the valve industry for two years. I am proficient in 2D and 3D software. There was a recent opportunity to have my salary adjusted, and I’m wondering what amount would be appropriate
Also in the process control field, I worked in an oil refinery for 5 years and rose to the position of team leader; after that I changed jobs, and my annual salary was around 120,000.
Salary levels are also related to the region. . .
If it’s not a job change, the manager already has in mind how much to increase your salary; seeking feedback is just a formality.
Agree with what was said on floor 5: report the amount of the increase to your direct supervisor, and then have the company’s higher-ups reduce it further
The description is unclear. What do you mean by 2D and 3D software? There are many; do you know them all?
