Distance between LNG pump pool and 100-cubic-meter horizontal tank

Our plant is planning to install two 100-cubic-meter LNG horizontal tanks. We are currently considering the distance between the pump pool and these tanks; if they are placed outside the cofferdam, the distance will be too great, leading to cavitation. I was wondering if there are experts in this field who know whether it’s possible to do this inside a cofferdam.
I checked the specifications for refueling and gas filling of vehicles, document 50156; section 9.1.3 states that pumps can be placed within enclosures. I’m not sure whether this provision applies to such devices – my pumps are used both for filling these devices and for loading vehicles.
How to make a submersible pump for 100 cubic meters? Generally, larger ones use barrel bag pumps
It can be done inside the cofferdam; that’s no problem.
