Questions regarding the continuing education credits for professional title evaluation

Is 72 hours of continuing education required each year to apply for the senior engineer title in Nanjing? Are 360 class hours required over 5 years? That’s way too much, right? Some sources online say a total of 144 class hours are required. Any folks who have already gone through this process, could you give some advice? Thanks
To obtain an advanced rating, 360 hours of continuing education are required; here, we strive to complete that amount of training each year. For the intermediate level, 280 hours are needed
It wasn’t possible to do it in Nanjing at that time, so I went back to Danyang to handle it. They would stamp the document as long as you paid the required fee; you just had to write a reflection on re-education of about 400 words, and that’s it
Those in Nanjing, do you know if the training is carried out through the Nanjing Professional and Technical Personnel Continuing Education Management System or the Nanjing Talent Service Platform?
