How to learn the control of compressors in *hydrogenation units?

Our company has completed the feasibility study for hydrogenation (of diesel and lubricating oils) and is preparing to install new equipment. However, our company does not currently have any hydrogenation units. I specialize in instrumentation, and I really want to learn about the control and maintenance of hydrogenation compressors in order to lay a foundation for future new installations. Could everyone please advise on how to carry out learning? What information is all that needed? Thank you.

Which unit? Do you need a compressor process engineer? I have been in charge of the compressor for 11 years.
The project wasn’t built yet, so hiring started long before that.

Why are so few people participating? Is there nothing interesting to learn about hydrogen compression machines?
