Identification of occupational disease hazard factors involved in the wet-process production of acetylene gas

Dear colleagues and seniors, I have recently started working in the field of occupational health. I am currently conducting an assessment of the occupational health conditions in a small, specialized factory, and I have encountered a problem that I would like to discuss with you all. The factory uses wet reactors to produce acetylene gas, which serves as a raw material for further reactions. Among the occupational hazards I have identified are acetylene, calcium carbide, calcium carbide dust, and calcium hydroxide. However, I am not sure whether I should also identify hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, phosphine, and other substances that are generated when impurities in acetylene react with water. I would appreciate it if you could help me with this matter. Thank you!
It seems that it depends on whether the amount is large enough to pose a hazard; if it’s an extremely small amount that doesn’t constitute a hazard, then it may not be necessary to identify it. @Liu Fei @hanyu*a8
I checked some information; the levels of phosphine and hydrogen sulfide are around a few hundred ppm. To be cautious, I’ve listed them all anyway, and we can conduct tests to check later
